Getting started
Your ticket includes entry to the Wundrful World of Christmas experience at the Wundr Store. Begin your magical journey by stepping through the Wundr Door and embarking on a 50-minute immersive adventure to the North Pole.
What to expect

Wundr lift: Start your journey with Elf Conductor Noel and Captain Pinecone as they guide you through the clouds to the snow-filled North Pole.

Enchanted forest: Wander through a snow-covered forest, past the Wishing Well, immersing yourself in the festive atmosphere.

Elves’ workshop: Meet Master Builder Elf Jock McChisel and his apprentice Holly, who will demonstrate the toy-making process. Try your hand at sorting toys at the Toy Sorting Station.

Mrs Claus’s kitchen: Savor the delightful aromas as Mrs Claus shares her secret recipes. Learn how to prepare treats for Santa.
