Honestly, I didn’t think the falls would be THIS impressive. My partner and I did the upper circuit first—got drenched (in a fun way). The sound of the water is LOUD, like you feel it in your bones. The little train was cute but got super packed after 10am…def try to go early if u want space. Loved spotting coatis near the snack bar! Bring cash for snacks, the card machine was down. Sun was brutal, sunscreen needed. Still buzzing thinking about it.

Beautiful views all around. I went solo and felt safe. Some parts of the metal walkways get SLIPPERY when wet so heads up. The Devil’s Throat viewpoint was sooo crowded, honestly almost too much for me, but the mist and rainbows made up for it. Would recommend bug spray—got bitten a lot, lol.

Came here with my two teens. We LOVED the energy of the place, and the wildlife too (my son was obsessed with the lizards). The walk to the main falls is flat but a bit long so wear something comfy. Couldn’t stop taking pics, even though my phone got a little wet (worth it). Staff were helpful when we got lost, very patient. Only thing, snack prices are kinda high.

Iguazu is obviously stunning, but I expected it to be quieter. We waited ages for the train, and the paths were jammed with tour groups. Still, the falls themselves are on another level. Food stalls ran out of water bottles by noon (??). Glad I brought my own.

What a day! My partner and I did all the circuits (yes, our feet hurt after). The lower trail had the best close-ups of the falls—and butterflies everywhere, seriously they land on you! We packed sandwiches, which was smart because the lines at the cafe were enormous. Bring a poncho if you want to get close to the spray. Would go again in a heartbeat.
  • Begin your tour with convenient pick-up from your hotel in Puerto Iguazú. Ride in a comfortable vehicle toward the national park on the Argentina or Brazil side, depending on the option selected at checkout. At the entrance, your guide helps with ticket checks and border formalities where needed, then sets out the plan for your visit so you know exactly which circuits and viewpoints you’ll cover.

    What to expect

    Iguazú Falls

Explore one of the world’s most iconic waterfall systems with a bilingual guide who knows the best vantage points and timings to avoid the heaviest crowds. Whether you’re on the Argentina or Brazil side, you’ll walk well-marked paths, stop at elevated viewpoints, and have plenty of time for photos, short breaks, and taking in the scale of the falls.

    Features

    • Devil’s Throat viewpoints: Reach balconies and catwalks overlooking the park’s most powerful drop, where mist, thunder, and rainbows create the classic Iguazú scene.

    • Argentina-side circuits: Follow Upper and Lower Circuits on the Argentina side for boardwalks above the river, closer spray viewpoints, and stretches of subtropical forest between lookouts.

    • Ecological Jungle Train: On Argentina-side tours, ride the Ecological Jungle Train through rainforest sections to reach stations near Devil’s Throat and key circuits with less walking.

    • Brazil-side panoramic walkway: On Brazil-side tours, walk a 1.2 km pathway along the canyon with near-continuous views across to Argentina’s falls, finishing at a lower lookout facing Devil’s Throat.

    • Wildlife and jungle setting: Along the way, look out for coatis, butterflies, birds, and lush subtropical vegetation framing the falls and walkways.

End point: At the end of the visit, your vehicle brings you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazú, so you don’t have to worry about local buses or cross-border transport.

  • What to bring

    • Please carry your ID or passport for entry verification at the National Park.

    • Wear waterproof clothing and sturdy, non-slip shoes, especially for the Lower Circuit and Devil’s Throat, where the paths can get wet and slippery.

    • A light rain poncho or waterproof cover is highly recommended to stay dry near the falls, where water sprays are intense.

    • Sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat are must-haves due to the tropical climate.

    Accessibility

    • The Upper Circuit and the Ecological Jungle Train are wheelchair-friendly, offering accessible walkways and flat paths.

    • The Lower Circuit includes stairways and uneven paths, which may be challenging for visitors with mobility issues.

    • Visitors with visual impairments are welcome to explore the park with their certified guide dogs.

    • Restrooms with accessible facilities are available near the main stations and the visitor center.

    What’s not allowed

    • Pets are not permitted, except for certified guide dogs.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the National Park.

    • Avoid carrying large bags or luggage, as storage facilities are unavailable.

    • Drones and tripods are not allowed for safety and conservation reasons

    Additional information

    • Hotel pickups are available from Puerto Iguazú only. If your hotel is outside the pickup area, you will be contacted at the closest designated meeting point. Please wait in the hotel lobby for your guide.

    • The round-trip transfers included in your tour will bring you from your hotel to the park and back.

    • The last Ecological Jungle Train to Devil’s Throat departs at 3:30pm, so it’s best to start your tour early to cover all circuits.

    • The tour operates in all weather conditions, so bring rain protection if visiting during the wet season (December to February).

    • The entire tour, including the Upper, Lower, and Devil’s Throat circuits, takes around 12 hours, so plan for a full-day excursion.

    • If you are taking the Great Adventure boat ride, be prepared to get fully soaked-waterproof covers for phones and cameras are a great idea!

    • Food options inside the park are limited and can be expensive. Bringing your own snacks or a packed lunch is recommended, especially if you are traveling with children

    • Important: This tour does not include the Iguazú National Park ticket. You’ll need to buy it separately at the entrance or online.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
    • Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
