The Spanish lady that we were in was awful. We told her we could not hear. It was just mumbling. We got off but unfortunately when we got back on it was her again. Had trouble with the machine. She spent so much time trying to check people in while everyone waited. Never did get them done. Made them go back to the terminal to pay. I bought mine online thank god.. but then we'd head out again and it was just mumble mumble mumble. We would hear the rap music heart though
