I loved that I was able to start my trip by touring a good portion of New Orleans while learning the history and many other interesting facts by making the complete loop. Then I was able to jump on and off the rest of the day visiting many of the places I learned about earlier.

I enjoyed the commentary of the tour guide, explaining what we were seeing as we were riding through the different neighborhoods in New Orleans

I loved learning about the history of New Orleans. Our guides were fantastic. I was on the bus when the winds blew off our canopy. Not to worry though, crew kept everyone safe. Who knows the difference between a balcony and a gallery? I do!!!

Easy to get tickets online. Difficult to get to a Hop On station from cruise ship in New Orleans. Weather was the pits, bus trip was fine.

an excellent experience, we toured the sites of interest and the guide's directions were great, we could get off and on at the stops we wanted, take all the pictures and give us a very complete varnish of the city to then go deeper into the sites that interested us.

Downloaded both headhout and bus tracking apps. These were convenient and easy to use. I loved the full loop first thing in the morning- great overview of NOLA and then I explored the rest of the day. The bus was easy to get to and I enjoyed hearing other tour guide's interpretations. Two thumbs up!

Each guide was a very entertaining and informative storyteller. Learned so many fun facts about New Orleans that showed the citiries true personality. Got lots of good recommendations. Stops were convenient and easy to find

Ticketing was fine. Some guides seemed to know much more, or at least shared more than others. Route and stops were mostly great.
One thing: There should be better coordination between Mardi Grass World and you. I understand you are separate businesses; but I walk with a cane and Hop-Off at a hotel where Mardi Gras World picks up and drops off would be a better plan.
Also a little unclear how to get onto bus to begin with. A little more reach out to Garden District hotels would make things a little clearer. I stayed at Grenoble House, Rue Dauphine (fabulous!), but they knew nothing about you.
