The driver of the bus was very helpful - there were 2 guys in front of us and the bus driver have them really good insights, when is the best time to come on the bus, to be able to hop off, see some attractions and then come back on, he was talking them into coming back the following day, which was really good to see. The bus was well stocked and set up with earphones and maps and bins for rubbish, it was all well thought out. The route was interesting, the pre - recorded commentary was interesting and even giving some interesting trivia facts. A really good experience, great way to see a city with interesting facts offered in a nice way.

Ticketing experience was good, but may be a bit worrisome for seniors who are not real tech savvy. One member lost a cel phone on a bus. At stop 1, Oscar went out of his way to assist, even staying with us beyond his shift. One driver that particularly stood out was Adrian. He was awesome! Better maps should be made readily available on line. Hard to find now, and not scalable if you wish to print. However, Glasgow Argyle Hotel had excellent maps.

The experience was perfect from the start. We were greeted, given a map and headphones, and an explanation of how the hop on hop off bus operated. The bus was clean and comfortable. The audio tour was interesting and thorough. We rode the entire route to start, enabling us to determine the places we wanted to visit later. We hopped of and enjoyed a few stops and had a wonderful lunch. I love that it was an easy, comfortable way to see the city.

You never felt rushed. Everything was at your own pace. Bus drivers were excellent. Special mention to Stewart and Louise. Joanne did well never flustered while we stopped for about 5 minutes due to someone hitting the bus.No one hurt only a wee scuff on the bus. Riverside museum, Botanic gardens dine yesterday

We had two different routes which allowed us to see the town. Enjoyed the commentary both with earphones and on the live tour. Very flexible and consistently good service from drivers
