Nice tour of the city.. would have been helpful if the app was up to date and accurate as the first stop was closed due to carnival and the second sop location was not accurate. The street view on the app and location was not correct. Once we finally found the bus, we had a pleasant trip.

The bus stop at the start was not marked at all, at Santa Catalina, Las Palmas. Had to delay the tour to next day as did not know where to wait and board the sightseeing bus.

You book tickets for the bus online. You stand for 1 hour until you get on the bus. When showing the QR code you were instructed to queue at the ticket office to get the vouchers, which then took another 1 hour. Then we had to stand at the back of the queue again, which took another 1 hour So the whole procedure took 3 hours in the blazing sun, that's not good at all. Do something about it.

These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
