Bus is clean, frequent and not crowded. Application is friendly and easy. Staff are helpful and not fussy. Audio guide also helpful and simple to digest.

It was all very simple to use. Only down side we used taxi and train more as it didn't start till 10.30am.
I'd recommend using and understanding the navigo card.
