The overall experience was very good but unfortunately I booked an extra adult ticket while booking the required two seniors tickets. I reported this to the Hop-On-Hop-Off people at the tourist information centre and they are following up regarding a refund with you. I'm not sure how the mistaken booking happened but it was done on your website rather thsn the app. The Booking ID: was 20234873 Cheers...

Our driver, Linda was fabulous. Very chatty and kind with my husband who was in an electric scooter. She was great at telling us which stop was good for us depending on where we wanted to go and gave us more time to get on and off - awesome lady and service!

It was a great way to see the city , especially on limited time. We went on both Bath tours, so good value for money. The drivers do an amazing job negotiating the narrow streets, tight turns, and illegal parkers . The 10% discount was good too as we also went on the Oxford bus.

Buying the tickets was easy. We gt on the 1st bus @ STand 19 and got off at Stand 8 for lunch - great experience with the commentary through the headphones. Got back on to complete our 'loop' of Oxford and went back upstairs where there was someone giving a VERY LOUD commentary so we found it hard to hear the one through the headphones. Didn't enjoy thsecond trip anything like as much as the first.

Found driver polite, bus clean and on time earphones good with all the information. Oxford is a lovely spot any day of the year

Easy to book tickets on line. Were able to get on and off the bus at the places we wanted to and the driver was very helpful with information.
