  • What’s not allowed

    • No pets allowed. We know they’re part of the family, but they’ll need to sit this one out.
    • Please don’t touch the animals. It’s for their safety and yours.
    • Feeding the animals isn’t allowed since they’re on a special diet.
    • No yelling or teasing, please. A calm environment is much better for the animals.
    • Don’t tap on the glass or bang on enclosures as it can be really stressful for them.

    • Smoking and vaping aren’t allowed anywhere in the Gator Park.
    • Stay behind fences and barriers. They’re there to keep both you and the animals safe.

    Accessibility

    • Getting around is fairly easy. There’s a wheelchair-accessible ramp right behind the gift shop that leads to the airboat loading area.
    • Just a heads-up: there are a few steps down to the boat, so if you're using a wheelchair, you’ll need a bit of help getting on board.
    • Inside the Gator Park, the paths are made of compacted shells and concrete, and all exhibits are on ground level, making it super wheelchair-friendly.
