Le capitaine était très sympathique, il nous a même préparé une merveilleuse soupe de poisson. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas vu d'aurore boréale car le temps était très nuageux. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment sur le bateau.

Good food, well organized, no northern lights. I've seen the Aurora as part of a bus chase, but there was some light pollution. With the boat, we're really very far from any city and it's almost completely dark in some areas, so I can imagine it would be fantastic to see the Northern Lights on this trip, but you need some luck. The dinner was good and the crew attentive. I wouldn't do it if I knew in advance we wouldn't see the lights, since then it's just an expensive, though pleasant, dinner in a boat. But of course that is impossible to predict and you may want to try your luck.

An unforgettable experience, our guide Carlos M was charming and very friendly. Your explanations were very useful to us. We were able to enjoy the auroras and it was an incredible moment! Highly recommended!!!

Efficient transportation, helpful orientation, and provision of thermal suits. Despite being accustomed to freezing US winters (-20 to -40 Fahrenheit not uncommon in late December) and being dressed in layers, including parkas, we were freezing. So TAKE THE SUITS when offered. The lavvu was very warm, so the layers were helpful after running in and out to see the lights before dinner. Our hosts were very flexible with the hot drinks, the meal was simple and beautifully presented. The sledding and reindeer feeding was a hoot, the lights were slowly starting to grow as we finished the ride and a full moon/stars complemented the beautiful scenery. Leaving Tromsø in the evening, as charming as the city is, was the best plan we made. Our Sami guides were equally charming during a conversational culture lesson. None of it felt rushed or rehearsed. It happened to be New Years Eve and after a wonderful evening the bus ride included sparkling, crystal clear snow and the start of fireworks EVERYWHERE along the harbour. Even if Lady Aurora is shy, the people, animals and country are worth the trip. Thanks to everyone who made it a special New Years Eve. Highlight of the trip for 17 AND 22 year old children, as well as their parents.

Le voyage était très bien organisé et nous avons passé une soirée merveilleuse et mémorable à faire du traîneau à rennes, à nourrir les rennes et même à voir des aurores boréales. Le dîner était savoureux, dans le cadre confortable d'une grande tente en forme de yert ; et la star inattendue était le Sami (je n'ai aucune idée de l'orthographe de son nom sami) qui nous a donné un aperçu bref mais fascinant de la vie d'un éleveur de rennes sami. Le seul point négatif que j'aimerais soulever est qu'au point de rencontre, il y avait plusieurs circuits qui partaient tous en même temps ; un panneau d'affichage aurait grandement contribué à rendre l'accès au circuit un peu moins confus. Cela dit, nous avons passé une excellente nuit et je recommande cette excursion.

Such an amazing experience! Our guide was super knowledgeable and patient, taking us to the best spots to catch the Northern Lights. He captured fantastic photos for everyone, and the hotel pickup made everything easy. This tour went above and beyond!

Did this solo and had a blast. Dogs are friendly, staff is knowledgeable. Sled ride was a thrill. Food was tasty. Would recommend!
