The adventure begins the moment you walk through the door and into the building's giant atrium surrounded by the four ‘ship’s hull’ shaped wings which house the Titanic Experience. As you journey through the nine large galleries of this state-of-the-art interactive exhibition, you will uncover the true story of the Titanic, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her famous maiden voyage and subsequent place in history.

At the start, you'll learn about Belfast at the turn of the century as a thriving boom town and experience a thrilling ride through a dramatic presentation of the shipyards and the Titanic under construction. Watch the launch from the slipways, and explore the sumptuous luxury and superb craftsmanship of Titanic’s interiors. Be brought deep into the stories of the passengers, the crew and the heroes of the day; relive the drama of the tragic end to Titanic’s maiden, and only, voyage, and visit the wreck at her resting place on the floor of the North Atlantic. Voyage to the bottom of the sea in the unique Ocean Exploration Centre with live links to contemporary undersea exploration. Enjoy breath taking views to the slip-ways where the Titanic was launched and relax in one of the superb restaurants.

SS Nomadic

Visit the SS Nomadic: Berthed next to Titanic Belfast is the SS Nomadic, the largest Titanic artefact in the world and the last remaining White Star Line vessel. SS Nomadic was used as the tender ship for first and second class passengers at Cherbouurg. Designed by Thomas Andrews and built using the same design, it’s similarities to RMS Titanic are plain to see.  Restored to her original 1911 glory and back home in Belfast, a visit to SS Nomadic & Hamilton Dock combines the authentic heritage and atmosphere of this historic ship with the intriguing stories of her passengers and the ups and downs of her dramatic career.
