Accessibility
- People with mobility issues can board the airboat, but airboats are not wheelchair-accessible. Clerks at the Park do provide assistance provided in case required.
- All the animal exhibits at the Park are wheelchair-accessible, and there are wheelchairs available at no cost.
- Service animals are allowed in the Park but at your own risk. They are not allowed on the airboat.
Additional information
- Life jackets are required to be worn on the airboat for children aged 6 and under.
- Children aged 3 and under can participate in the airboat tour for free.
- Pregnant women can board the airboat, but they are recommended to get a consultation from their doctor before the experience.
- Book your private airboat tour at least a week in advance because they tend to get reserved fast.
- Free parking is available at the Park.
