I went two times and the last day at the Everglades was fantastic, our boat captain Nadim was amazing; he took us to different areas and we saw three crocodiles. When he did the "Tokyo Drift" we were all astonished, great maneuvering and control. The facilites are clean and everithing is very well organized. Very sage and highly recommended. I will be back! Thank you

Ronet B picked us up from Miami Beach right at 8:30 as promised. On the way to Biscayne Bay, Ronet gave us a mini sightseeing tour. The coach was really comfy and we arrived at The Everglades Holiday Park in under an hour. Ronet B guided us to the right spots at the park, and soon we were taking pictures and boarding the boat. We spotted a few alligators, which was awesome since it's not always a sure thing, and our captain Jeff was great; loved the fast parts! After the boat ride, there was a show, and you had the chance to hold a snake or baby alligator for $10. Ronet B was outside waiting for us and handed out our photos (for free) that were taken before we got on the boat. We had a blast, really appreciate it, and if you get the chance, go for it!

Overall, both adults and kids enjoyed the airboat ride into the Everglades (spotted quite a few gators!) with a great guide, Victor. Watching the guy with the alligator was also fun and amazing. Loved the photo ops with wildlife for an extra charge and the free group photo. It would’ve been helpful if the bus driver had given us the schedule ahead of time. We were a bit lost, but our bus group with colored wristbands was called on the speaker a few times to tell us where to go. Comfortable bus. Overall, a good time.

The tour was well organized and executed. The boatsman was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and explained things well. The description of the tour mentioned that one would get to see many migratory birds and alligators but we could see very little. I can understand that spotting alligators is rare but I definitely expected to see more birds. As a results the tour was more like a simple boat ride. The alligator show after the tour was very good.
