El personal del barco muy amable y servicial y el buceo con tubo fue increíble.
El sistema de altavoces de arriba necesita ser actualizado. No podía entender una palabra, pero nuestro demostrador era bastante impresionante 👍

Gran día en general, barco con fondo de cristal y la isla Fitzroy, parecía estar muy bien organizado. Un problema que fue resuelto por el personal de la terminal de Cairns Reef fue que habíamos comprado el almuerzo y esto no había sido ordenado por Headout. el personal de la terminal fueron capaces de organizar para que esto suceda. Suerte que habíamos llegado pronto, de lo contrario nos lo habríamos perdido.

Nuestro guía Matt fue absolutamente brillante. Era un diablo de las citas pero sin poner a nadie en peligro. Fue divertido e hizo que la tarde fuera memorable. Gracias por la gran experiencia. Me preguntaba por las fotos. Parece que no las he recibido. Gracias por todo.

Loved the Barron River Rafting. Guide was great & explained everything really well. Met 3 lovely people on the raft.
Only thing that could improve is we were waiting on the bus at the meeting stop for 40 minutes.

The lady at the Kuranda ticket office was brilliant - she patiently sorted out a failed booking via a third party and got us on the train.

The train ride up and back was a fantastic experience.
How ever there was not much going on with the shops in Kuranda, which I am presuming it was because the Skyrail was closed.
But the ticketing was easy and the staff at the Train Station were fantastic and very helpful and smiled alot.

Great experience! Our group had a lot of fun, and our guides were wonderful. Very friendly, and made sure that all of us were completely comfortable during the entire trip
