What's not allowed
- Meals and transfers are not included, so outside food and drinks may be necessary if you require them before or after the tour.
- Personal stinger suits or wetsuits are optional but not provided unless you bring your own.
- Poseidon Jet Ski Tours is not liable for lost or damaged items, so ensure valuables are secured and use safety straps for sunglasses.
- Cameras or waterproof phones must be brought by participants and should be secured with a lanyard.
Accessibility
- All participants must be able to understand English and demonstrate understanding of the safety briefing.
- You must be able to tread water while wearing a life jacket to participate in this experience.

- Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure for registration, safety briefing, and gear fitting.
- No jet ski licence is required to join this guided tour.
- The minimum driver age is 16 years, and drivers under 18 require a parent or guardian’s signature.
- The minimum passenger age is 7 years when riding tandem.
- The maximum individual weight is 130 kg, and the maximum combined (tandem) capacity is 200 kg.
- All participants must sign a Liability Release & Safety Waiver before participating.
- Notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect your ability to participate safely.
- The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or river conditions.
