Deep in the forest, Jub, a six-fingered girl has been tasked with one mission: to save all happy endings in fairytales and stories. One day, a Witch steals all the Happy Endings, and bedtime stories are all set to be destroyed forever. On her journey to reclaim all the Happy Endings and restore balance, she encounters a host of famous characters from well-known stories, including the likes of Goldilocks, Snow White, Pinocchio, Cinderella, and many more. Will the determined Jub succeed on her mission?
Produced by balletLORENT, The Lost Happy Endings is based on a story by renowned poet, Carol Ann Duffy, and has been retold as dance theatre for families. The company was established by Liv Lorent and has gone on to present numerous works across the world, including Snow White, Rapunzel, Underneath the Floorboards, and Rumplestiltskin. Multiple BAFTA Award-nominee Murray Gold is in charge of the score. He is well-known for being the musical director of the British television series Doctor Who between 2005 and 2018.
