You'll be taken through the numerous illuminated temples scattered throughout the city, where the soothing chants of resident monks will calm your senses. In the tranquil surroundings of Wat Chedi Luang, a 14th-century stupa and enchanting elephant statues will leave you spellbound.
Next, stop by the iconic Tha Phae Gate, a 700-year-old historical treasure of the city that once welcomed monks, travelers, and traders into its embrace. Cycling your way through the city, you'll also come across the Three Kings Monument, a tribute to the city's founders. Learn more about the Wat Lok Molee, a Buddhist temple that houses a massive chedi enshrining the ashes of several kings.
