Sainte-Chapelle Timed Entry Tickets

The chapel is magnificent. However, the security guards at the entrance are not friendly and don't even speak French! It's a pity, because the deplorable welcome takes you by surprise and really gives Paris a bad image.

The stained glass windows of the upper chapel of the Sainte Chapelle in Paris are very beautiful, but they are more visible when the summer sun shines outside. I would have liked a good guide in French, but it's just looking at the pictures and not understanding the biblical scenes.

We had a very seamless experience and were let in even though we came about 15 minutes early. I only wish it said on the website that you could buy tickets in person even if it was sold out online. The church is a must see-absolutely gorgeous stain glass windows and statues depicting biblical scenes on the deck. There was a line line for the bathroom-they should add more stalls. Also the English translations could be better written. Otherwise a great experience.

The church stained glass windows were breathtaking and each tells a story within the Bible. However, you need to queue an early schedule in the morning to get a better chance of entering on time.

The wait with tickets was not too long. The chambers of the chapel were beautiful and breath taking. The information presented added much to the experience.

I am very happy to have bought tickets via Headache. People without tickets stood in front of the security check for 2.5 hours, we waited 25 minutes.

Visit to the Sainte Chapelle in Paris Having booked our entrance tickets, we didn't expect to queue, and feared for our visit as we had little time to spare; in the end, we were able to access the site earlier than planned.

Everything was excellent, the only thing I don't like so much is that I need to download the app to see the tickets but without conflict to enter.

Everything is great, although it is a pity that the security to enter do not make any effort to understand people who do not speak their language or English.

So my experience with Headout was great. We were in a long line at St. Chapelle and realized there was an opportunity to buy timed entry tickets. We jumped on line and grabbed 2 of the 4 left. It saved us from standing in line even longer than we did. Note: Timed entry on the day we were there was at the discresion of the elderly gentleman letting people in. So our 1:30 timed ticket actually got us in a little after 2:00 so be prepared. St. Chapelle was worth the wait.

I went with my mother in a wheelchair and the staff were very pleasant and kind. Very good tour and beautiful chapel. Well worth the visit. Highly recommend.

The whole skip the line experience went very well and on time. Saint Chappelle was truly amazing, especially the upper level. I have to walk with a stick, and had quite a lot of difficulty in getting up and down the spiral stone staircase. However, it was more than worth the effort. I was rather surprised to find out on returning home that there was a lift!!! No one mentioned that, and staff on duty didn't offer the facility. However, it was still an amazing experience.

The tickets and timed entry went very well. We were able to get in quickly and our early AM time was great as it wasn't as busy. If you want to experience Sainte Chappel, this is the way to go. I think I was disappointed was in the cost vs. Sainte Chappel overall and probably had to do with my experience in visting cathedrals and churches in Italy.

Everything went very smoothly, and even though I was a little late, I was accepted. The Sainte Chapelle was a delight and a total discovery for me, a revelation of beauty and feeling, a must-see in Paris.

The saint chapelle is extraordinarily beautiful, and the line for entry was rather quick and on time to our schedule.

Internet reservations give you priority and allow you to enter at the time you have chosen, with no waiting time, which is a great advantage for this architectural masterpiece so popular with tourists visiting Paris.

Excellent handling of reservation, confusing handling of entry on site by Sainte Chapelle staff. The church itself beautiful, worth seeing (especially in sunshine).
