Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets: SKY Level 148, 124 & 125 Access with Refreshments

The feel and view was excellent from 148 level ..can't express that feeling with the words..only by experiencing you can get that .. excellent place and must visit place is Burj Khalifa..the support staffs are too good and they make sure you feel comfortable till we finish our visit and come back.. Another feedback would like to share about headout online booking is too good portal for booking and this portal made my life easier to plan my Dubai trip without any challenges..the best part of this portal is we get better discount than buying tickets directly at counter..

We only had about 8 hours connecting in dubai. Decided for the more expensive burj khalifa ticket for the advantages: higher floor, No queue, good assistance. Overall great experience. Snacks and drinks at the top. Friendly staff. The lower floors had lots of people, very crowded.

The experience was good and expectation was met but, I thought 148 was the highest level. I learnt at the venue that the highest level was floor 154 and thus, wished this was advertised as I wanted to go the highest level possible.

The service at the Burj Khalifa was excellent. We could even stay at the 148th floor as long as we wanted - including coffee, juice and cookies. Later we have seen, that there is also a 154th floor to visit. This option was not offered by Headout.

I really enjoyed the ease of movement through the VIP line. The lounge was quiet and peaceful which enhanced the viewing experience.

Everything went very well. The treatment was very good and the views were spectacular. It was perhaps the most impressive experience in Dubai. We went up to 148.

Ticketing experience was good but time management of the whole event is poor , it can be improved a lot. Engage people with your guide make it more rewarding and memorable experience.

Other tickets holders were jumping the queue and some joined us on 148 floor with the knowledge of the employees working in the venue. Although I reported these issues to your employees, they didn't say a word

It was incredible. It couldn't have been better. They served cookies and drinks, I stayed as long as I wanted, there was no queue and everyone was kind.

Super expérience at the top. Pas d'attente, pas trop surchargé arrivé sur la plate-forme du 148 ème étage. On vous laisse le temps que vous souhaitez et on vous sert des boissons simples mais c'est parfait. Ras sur la réservation, idem simple et factuel.

Very nice. No lines. Too bad I made the wrong reservation and didn't stay at the top but at 142. 🤣

The was pleased at how efficient the whole experience was very fluid and well practiced. If I had to criticise it would be that the directions from the mall weren't very clear I had to ask twice. But this didn't detract from the day, lovely thank you. C

I bought the ticket online, went straight to the destination, and the program started. Everything was ok. Compared to standard tickets, the difference is big. I didn't sit in line, I went to the lounge, I got drinks, cakes. It was a great experience. Who doesn't feel like waiting, choose this.

Everything went smoothly. The experience itself was great and we enjoyed skipping the long lines and having access to the Sky lounge.

Well organized. Be sure to buy the more expensive ticket for the 145. VIP. otherwise you will have to queue for at least 1 hour despite booking in advance

The 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa is a must-see, something completely different from the very crowded 124th floor. Great view of Dubai. There were small snacks and drinks free of charge in the Sky Lounge. The fast track entry is really top, we were able to pass many queues easily and were quickly in the elevators up or down. The booking and processing with Headout worked great.

Really amazing experience! The Sky VIP experience was best decision as we didn't had to wait in any queues whereas there were long queues for entering or exiting from the lifts.

Good experience in a fantastic location. We did 148 floor, then down to 125 & 124. Some light refreshments available but would have been better with a meal restaurant. After 1 hour and some pics all done. But worth ticking off the bucket list👍
