For starter, it was very easy booking the tickets via Headout. Then, when I had a question regarding the tickets, support was easy to reach and quickly provided the required information and guidance for me to complete th eprocess and secure the tickets. The train ride itself was great. Clearing immigration in London was a breeze, the train was clean and spacious, and the ride was very comfortable. All in all, great expereince for first time users :-)

This was my first time ever taking the Euro Star train. It was an extremely pleasant experience for both me and my grandson. The seats were comfortable the WiFi worked great and it was an overall pleasant experience

The seat is quite comfortable and the service in the train is great. however, the check-in process is extremely stressful, particularly in a hot weather. You have to arrive at least 2.5 hours ahead of time because it may take 2hr to check in! I won't take the train any more unless I can get the business class, in that case, you don't have to wait for 2hr in a very long line. But remember to buy the ticket at least a few days earlier. I could only get a plus ticket one day before the departure

The ride arrived on time. The driver was very curtious and drove just the right speed. Car was clean and roomy. Couldn't have beem more perfect.

Excellent experience. Although the train was quite full, they did an great job keeping the people moving and departing on schedule

Your guide dogs are welcome onboard. However, please notify the operator 24 hours before your trip to ensure they can safely accommodate them.
