The staff are very friendly and easy to get on the boat and when the cruise starts someone on the speaker explaining the places in a multi-language so most of the tourist can understand and the boat inside is clean and has an air condition.

La visita panoramica è incredibilmente ben spiegata in più lingue. La vista è splendida e la crociera si svolge in tutta tranquillità. Un' esperienza consigliata.

The trip on the Bateaux Mouche was the highlight of our trip to Paris! It was an unforgetably beautiful and unique way of seeing Paris from a different perspective! The rows of seats offered spectacular views of the City of Light. We all loved it but specially the children enjoyed being able to see the landmarks. The boarding process was easy and handled in a very professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend this wonderful experience to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a lovely time and we appreciated the support that we received arriving with a wheelchair! We took some nice pictures of the Eiffeltower and other famous buildings. We did not always understand the live commentary, the quality of the sound could better...

The cruise itself was great - the boat was clean, spacious and the tour was lovely! My reason for dropping a star was the queuing system in place ahead of boarding. It was chaotic to say the least and with the heat - it was very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed this cruise. It was a lovely way to orient myself with the city. I enjoyed going in the morning while the temperature was still cool.
