This tour was both special & unexpected! We thought we were going to be taken straight into the house and gardens but no, we were taken round the village, to the church and told all about Monet's life, his family, how he bought the house and so on. The tour guide was funny and engaging and obviously took a great deal of pleasure in her tour groups. The only downside was by the time we got inside the gardens we were in need of coffee and a sit down. Our guide had indeed asked if we wanted to get a coffee but we didn't wish to stop the tour and had no idea if we were allowed to take drinks inside - we should've asked more questions! Many thanks to Marianne for a super tour (apologies if name is spelt wrongly) Unfortunately my husband could not get any reception on his phone but has agreed with all the above and would love to return. Well done - good job.

The tour was for Monet's garden however the guid met us at 1000 as agreed but spend until 1130 walking us around Givernay . We had already done this the day before. We expected to enter the garden at 1000 as booked. It was a complete wast of time and money.

Excellent meet and greet by very friendly and informative guide, very fluent in languages and knowledge of the surroundings and history of the House and Gardens and also Monet

We were distraught when we saw that Giverny tickets were sold out. No worries. Headout to the rescue. We were able to spend a fabulous day with Money on our trip to Paris from Normandy thanks to Headout and enjoy and nice tour with a knowledgeable guide at the same time. Thank you again for rescuing our plans. Btw we had a similar experience at Versailles all thanks to you!

Ein tolles Erlebnis , sollte Herder Kunstliebhaber gesehen haben . Leider war die Tourleiterin sehr unfreundlich und hat keine interessanten Hintergründe erzählt
