Arrive at Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw, 15 minutes before departure to meet your skipper and check in. After a brief introduction and safety overview, board your vessel and get ready for your wildlife adventure.

What’s not allowed

Meals and food are not permitted onboard the vessel unless given prior approval.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the vessel.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed onboard.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

The swim/snorkel activity is not suitable for those with a pacemaker or who are pregnant due to electronic devices used in the water.

Assistance can be provided to guests with mobility issues for boarding and disembarking.

Additional information

Arrive at Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw 15 minutes prior to departure for the 75-minute safari.

Arrive at KI Visitor Information Centre (43 Howard Drive, Penneshaw) 30 minutes prior to the snorkelling safari to be fitted with wetsuit and gear.

Minimum age for swim/snorkel is 9 years; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water.

Reasonable swimming ability and upper body strength are required for open water swim activities.

Wildlife encounters are not guaranteed and may vary daily.

Tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum passenger numbers; tours may be cancelled or rescheduled.

No refund is provided for non-attendance; cancellation within 7 days of departure incurs a 50% charge.

Infants (0–2 years) are free of charge.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.
