The attention of the staff in Paris, their professionalism, their helpfulness. Unfortunately, the whole online booking process was a disaster! I paid €110 for a "so-called" combo ticket for two people for the tower and the Arc de Triomphe with a guided tour, going to the top of the Eiffel Tower. It turned out that I only had one ticket for the Eiffel Tower. I had to buy another ticket for €25. When I arrived, there was only ONE ticket to the top, so I had to pay an extra €20. TOTAL €145. I don't see where the discount is.

It was fantastic. The group was small and friendly. Although young, Chloe turned out to be a skillful and expirienced guide and utterly up to the task. She told us everything we wanted to know about the tower and gave us some useful tips as well. The guide leads you up to the 2nd floor (which is pretty high!) and provides you with instructions about the rest. The weather was gloomy but one needs to know that it rains some 270 days a year in Paris. Here is a pic taken from the very top of the tower. Absolute recommendation for Chloe and the crew!

I had very good experience and enjoyed visiting L'Arc de Triumph. There was no crowd at the time I went, entry was smooth, stairs that are leading to the top are very cosy for climbing. Views from the top is amazing really and I couldn't stop looking, especially over the Avenue Champs-e'Lysees and towards the Eiffel Tower. Weather was not perfect but there was no rainfall, only some clouds in the sky so everything was, really, more than good experience.

A unique experience! Our guide was fantastic and explained everything in an entertaining way. I am very happy that I booked with you. Everyone who visits the Eiffel Tower remembers nothing. For us, however, it was all interesting and we will always remember it! I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. The guide was friendly and told us all kinds of stories about Paris during the time he had available. The only downside was that the children had to pay the adult price because the reservation didn't show the children's ticket price, which is much lower at the ticket office. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great price, the most beautiful activities in Paris. At the Eiffel Tower, we had a guide who explained the whole history to us, and it was a pleasure to go with her. The view was superb from both the first and second floors. We went to the Arc de Triomphe in the evening, and the city looked absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We intentionally went at a time of year when the crowds are smaller and that was the case here. The weather was wonderful after some weeks of rain. Our guide, Maisa, was great, very engaging and informative.

It was a great time. The weather was perfect too. You need to be in good shape to climb the many steps of the spiral staircase without any landings to take a break!
