The experience was fun. A bit tricky to get here from Paris, but both the chateau and house were amazing. The only problem was that the Chateau was much further away then the castle and the house of Davinci, and nobody could offer a solution on how to get there. It was only after we arrived at the cheaeau by uber, that we discovered the train that take you into town does in fact go to the chateau, however we went to Davinci's house first, so we discovered that too late. Other than that, everything was smooth sailing.

Chenonceaux Castle and gardens were fantastic, it was a very crowded day however they gave everyone a time slot for the Castle so although it was packed people still had plenty of room and time to see everything. Entry price was very reasonable, there are boats and a challenging Maze. Food was excellent and the dining areas were very clean with plenty of staff who were all very friendly.

Diane's Garden is beautiful and the Medici Gallery was wonderful describing all aspects of the chateau's fascinating history. We biked from Vouvray and had a great visit. The creperie/sandwich shop was disappointing with extremely slow service, long line, and they ran out of several items at lunch. There also aren't any water fill stations on the grounds.

I found the castle beautiful and well maintained, I really enjoyed the outside and the park. I really liked the usability of the whole place, being able to walk around the park freely, being able to have a picnic while looking at the castle. I found everything well organized.

The service offered by head out was excellent: very easy and faired priced. We entered straight forward, without doing any queues. The castle was an impressive work of architecture, I felt like going back to the past.
