Overall, it was a good experience using this app for Disney tickets. There was some waiting at the entrance gate for supervisor (around 15 minutes due to the different ticket format provided in Headout app) Once in, we were prompted to show ticket in Disney app (which we did downlaod but could add ticket from Headout email) for special perks like adding yourself to queues for lines.

It was a great day, however, without reading the pages of fine print we were unaware that we were required to download the Disney app. This made for a clunky entry experience. We assumed the Headout tickets on our phone were sufficient for entry. Other than that an amazing day!!

What’s not allowed

Guests under 14 years must be with someone 15 or older to enter the parks.

Little ones under 7 years old need a companion who’s at least 14 to ride attractions.

Visitors 14 years and up aren’t allowed to wear costumes or masks inside the parks.

Some rides have height limits for safety, which are clearly posted at each attraction.

Oversized strollers (larger than 31"" x 52"") and wagons aren’t allowed inside.

Pets aren’t permitted, so be sure to leave furry friends at home.

Accessibility

Stroller rentals are available at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Service animals are welcome throughout the parks.

Your 2- or 3-day Disneyland California tickets can be used anytime within 13 days of your first visit, giving you flexibility to enjoy the remaining days.

With a Hopper ticket, you can switch between parks starting at 11am each day.
