For my first experience, I was very satisfied with this cultural tour, which allowed me to discover the Palace of Versailles in its entirety. I was charmed by the beauty of the architecture, the materials, and the prestige of its surroundings. I would definitely do it again!!!

That day it was almost impossible to get entrance tickets at Versalles, thanks to Headout my family and I were able to get in and enjoy this beautiful palace. It was really easy to access the entrance tickets, had no problem entering. Favorite place: room of mirrors

It was one of the best experiences of my life I recommend going 2 days from the opening of the palace about 10 minutes before being there and dedicate a full day to the palace and the gardens on the left and another full day to the rest of the gardens.
    • Dine in the heart of the Versailles gardens at La Flottille, a historic 1900s “guinguette” or eatery overlooking a water body. Flottille directly faces the Grand Canal.

    • Enjoy classic French brasserie dishes and house specialties like fish & chips or the Flottille croque-monsieur, crafted with seasonal ingredients.

    • Families welcome: dedicated kids’ menu with options like croque-monsieur, sausages with mash, and ice cream.

    • Relax on the shaded terrace with panoramic views, or in the bright winter garden indoors.

    • Opt for the Snack & Go variant to enjoy an additional €20 snack voucher at La Flottille, perfect for a quick treat.

    • Soft drinks at the restaurant

    • Timed entry to the palace

    • Access to the Trianon Estate

    • Access to the gardens

    • Access to the Fountain or Musical show (April to October only)

    • €40 voucher for lunch at La Flottille (as per option selected)

    • €20 voucher for snacks at La Flottille (as per option selected)

    • Extra items ordered at La Flottille outside the ticket menu

    • Tips

  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

The Palace of Versailles is one of those places that truly makes you pause and simply admire. Everything about it feels grand, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment you step onto the palace grounds, you realize you are standing in a place where history was not just written, but lived. The rooms inside the palace are richly decorated and full of character. Each space reveals something new — intricate ceilings, golden details, and beautifully preserved furniture that reflects the lifestyle of the French monarchy. Walking through the palace feels less like a museum visit and more like a glimpse into another time. What truly sets Versailles apart are its gardens. Vast, perfectly structured, and incredibly peaceful, they offer a completely different experience from the interior. Taking time to walk through the gardens, sit near the fountains, or simply enjoy the scenery is just as memorable as exploring the palace itself. The entire visit is well organized, and despite the number of visitors, everything runs smoothly. My recommendation is to allow plenty of time, wear comfortable shoes, and explore at your own pace. Versailles is not meant to be rushed — it is meant to be enjoyed slowly. Versailles is more than a landmark; it is an experience that combines beauty, history, and atmosphere in a way few places can. A truly unforgettable destination and an essential visit for anyone traveling to France.

The visit to the palace was very impressive because it had snowed in the morning and then in the afternoon when we went to the palace the sun came out, so it was very special to admire the snow-covered gardens.
