Chianti Classico is an Italian red wine that has seen some competition in recent years. The Sangiovese grapes used to make this wine are native to the Chianti area of Tuscany. In fact, some of the greatest wines in the world come from a combination of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and other sorts of red grapes grown in the region we studied, and these wines are really excellent. Their subtle spiciness and earthiness also help them stand out and be a pleasure to drink. Enjoy a bottle of Chianti Classico on its own or with some authentic Italian fare. During the visit, learn about the different parts of wine, such as how to identify its acidity, taste, and flavor combinations with food.
Olive Oil Tasting
Follow this beautiful route to find out about the fascinating history of wine and how to keep old traditions alive. Get to see how olive oil is made by seeing a working mill located on a historic aristocratic estate and taking in the fascinating blend of antique and contemporary architecture. The exquisite tastes that result from their dedication and hard work are bottled up in their gourmet olive oil.
