Ein unvergesslicher Ausflug nach Pompeji und zum Vesuv Unser Ausflug nach Pompeji und zum Vesuv war ein echtes Highlight unserer Reise – eine perfekte Kombination aus beeindruckender Geschichte, atemberaubender Natur und herzlicher Begleitung. Die Führung durch Pompeji mit Vincente war einfach großartig. Mit viel Herzblut und einem enormen Wissensschatz hat er uns durch die faszinierenden Ruinen der antiken Stadt geführt. Man spürte seine Leidenschaft für die Geschichte bei jeder Erklärung. Vincente hat es geschafft, längst vergangene Zeiten lebendig werden zu lassen – spannend, verständlich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt ging es dann weiter zum Vesuv. Auch hier wurden wir bestens begleitet – Reiseleiterin Mimi hat uns mit spannenden Fakten rund um den Vulkan begeistert. Ihre Erzählungen waren informativ, unterhaltsam und gaben einen tollen Einblick in die Natur und Geschichte der Region. Oben angekommen wurden wir mit einem spektakulären Blick über Neapel belohnt – einfach atemberaubend! Ein ganz großes Lob geht auch an unseren Busfahrer Gigi. Mit absoluter Ruhe, Souveränität und sicherer Fahrweise hat er uns durch enge Kurven und den teils anspruchsvollen Straßenverkehr gebracht. Dank ihm fühlten wir uns während der gesamten Fahrt rundum wohl und sicher. Alles in allem war dieser Tag perfekt organisiert und bleibt uns noch lange in Erinnerung. Vielen Dank an Vincente, Mimi und Gigi – ihr habt diesen Ausflug zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht! An unforgettable trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius Our excursion to Pompeii and Vesuvius was a real highlight of our trip - a perfect combination of impressive history, breathtaking nature and warm company. The guided tour of Pompeii with Vincente was simply fantastic. He guided us through the fascinating ruins of the ancient city with a great deal of passion and an enormous wealth of knowledge. You could feel his passion for history in every explanation. Vincente managed to bring times long past to life - exciting, understandable and always with a smile. After a short drive, we continued on to Vesuvius. Here, too, we were well accompanied - tour guide Mimi delighted us with exciting facts about the volcano. Her stories were informative, entertaining and gave us a great insight into the nature and history of the region. Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a spectacular view over Naples - simply breathtaking! A big compliment also goes to our driver Gigi. He drove us through tight bends and the sometimes challenging road traffic with absolute calm, aplomb and a safe driving style. Thanks to him, we felt completely at ease and safe during the entire trip. All in all, this day was perfectly organized and will remain in our memories for a long time to come. Unsere Reiseleiterin für Pompeji war großartig! Sie gab uns so viele Informationen und man kann sagen, sie hatte eine Leidenschaft für die Website. Merica pur Koordinator und Führer auf der Website war lustig und hielt uns alle in Ordnung. Ich würde diese Reise auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The site was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful! I've taken several tours on my vacation to Italy, but I wasn't overly captured and pulled into the history of this amazing place as I have been with other tours such as of the Coliseum, Sistine Chapel, and other sites. The tour guide we had for Pompeii was knowledgeable, but quite repetitive with filling dead space with pointing out things that had already been noted and explained such as store fronts, frescos, and fountains, and such... instead of speaking more on the history of the time and framing out the history of events going on during that time. I still enjoyed myself as I didn't know much about Pompeii and Roman culture and would've been kind of lost wandering around by myself. If someone was just looking for general knowledge on this tour I would recommend, but if they're looking for a deep historical guide, I would advise them to look somewhere else.

The trip was very well organized. The guide Sarah did an excellent job in Pompei. She was very passionate about the history of Pompei. The only reason not to rate it "awesome" was the time balance between Pompei and Vesuvius. I felt we did not have enough time in Pompei. But overall a very good experience.

It was a great tour and the guides were wonderful. We came Naples, thus it would have been great to have an option to join the tour in Pompei and then be dropped off in Pompei after the Vesuvio visit instead of having to drive to and from Sorrento. - If the tour provider could add an option of joining and leaving the tour in Pompei that would be wonderful.

The tour guide Mena was wonderful. So knowledgeable and magnificent in her presentation. I feel very lucky to have had her as our guide. She made the experience all the more special in every way. Kudos.

Very interesting, good timing and a highly qualified guide. We learned a lot. The food at lunch was not great, but all in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!
