Our ride on the London Eye was such a highlight of our trip! The views over London are absolutely incredible — seeing Big Ben, the Thames, and the city skyline from above gives you a whole new appreciation for how beautiful this city really is. The ride itself is smooth, spacious, and gives you plenty of time to soak it all in and snap photos without feeling rushed. One thing that would make the experience even more amazing? An optional audio feature inside the pod. Imagine being able to press a button and hear a quick 30–40 second fun fact about what you’re looking at — maybe one when you’re on the far right side of the wheel, one at the very top, and one on the far left. Just short, engaging tidbits that point out landmarks and share a cool story or bit of history. It would be such a fun way to learn while you look, and might even inspire visitors to explore more of the city afterward. Overall, such a memorable experience and 100% worth doing when you’re in London!

The engineering is impressive, but the 360-degree panoramic views are the real star of the show. It offers a unique, bird’s-eye perspective of the Houses of Parliament and the Shard that you simply cannot get anywhere else. The staff was professional, the pods were spacious, and the entire 30-minute rotation felt like a VIP tour of the skyline. Simply spectacular "High vibes and even higher views! 🎡 The London Eye provided the most stunning backdrop for photos and an unforgettable memory of the city. If you’re looking for that 'quintessential' London moment, this is it. Fabulous from start to finish!"The slow, smooth rotation makes it feel like you're floating above the history of the world. A 10/10 must-do for anyone who wants to fall in love with London all over again!"

Listening to all the passionate staff telling the stories wish it had been all like that instead of hand held devices. The personal touch is better!

Die allgemeine Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeit, die Tour in meinem eigenen Tempo zu absolvieren. Es war toll, Orte zu sehen, die man normalerweise nicht zu sehen bekommt, wie zum Beispiel die Umkleideräume.

Es war fantastisch, die Leute von der Tour waren sehr freundlich, alles war gut organisiert und zeitlich abgestimmt, und der Besuch im Studio war unglaublich! Wir hatten viel Spaß, und da es mein Geburtstagsgeschenk zum 40. Geburtstag war, war es noch besonderer und unvergesslicher, vielen Dank 🥰

Klare Wegbeschreibung zum Bus. Wir haben das 7-Stunden-Ticket genommen, plus/minus 1,5 Stunden Hinfahrt, 4 Stunden vor Ort und 1,5 Stunden Rückfahrt. Das reicht, um das Studio zu besichtigen. Wir sind nach 3,5 Stunden wieder gegangen, haben jede Menge Fotos gemacht, den Audioguide angehört und absolut alles gesehen! Der Bus zum Zurückfahren war leicht zu finden.

Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis! Dieses Madame Tussauds hat mir besser gefallen als alle anderen, die ich bisher besucht habe. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
