Unser Reiseleiter Lee war ausgezeichnet und professionell. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in seiner Obhut während unserer Reise. Lee war auch sehr reaktionsschnell mit dem Halten in Kontakt mit uns durch Text während der Reise. Auf der Suche nach Lee hatten wir eine unhöfliche Begegnung mit einer Vertreterin von Gogoday. Als wir sie nach ihrem Namen fragten, antwortete sie unhöflich, dass ich ihren Namen nicht zu kennen brauche und einfach auf ihrem Blatt nach meinem Namen auf ihrer Liste suchen solle. Die Liste war in Englisch und Fremdsprachen verfasst, was das Lesen nicht gerade erleichterte. Als ich sie noch einmal höflich nach ihrem Namen fragte, um zu sehen, ob es Lee sei, schrie sie: "Sie brauchen meinen Namen nicht zu kennen! Es wäre einfacher, wenn alle Vertreter Namensschilder zur Identifizierung tragen würden. Wir warteten 45 Minuten im Auto, während wir in der Schlange nach Owakudani standen, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Diese Erfahrung war anstrengend. Das Onsen hat uns gut gefallen, aber es waren zu viele Leute auf einmal, was das Erlebnis schmälerte. Die bereitgestellten Informationen waren sehr klar, so dass wir den Treffpunkt rechtzeitig finden konnten. Ich würde diese Tour weiterempfehlen, werde aber zukünftige Teilnehmer vor der Wartezeit in Owakudani warnen. Dankeschön

Das Paket Zeitplan und Zeit für jeden Haltepunkt gegeben sind gut genug für mich, um die Orte zu erkunden. Mein Führer Danny Tian ist sehr hilfsbereit und er stellt sicher, dass jeder weiß, den Treffpunkt und gab mir eine SMS-Nachricht, ob ich in Ordnung bin oder meine Wege verloren. Und er ist sein Geld wert. Aber auf dem Weg zurück nach Tokio

Am Treffpunkt herrschte Chaos, und ich musste mehrere Vertreter fragen, bevor ich den richtigen fand. Keiner, den ich fragte, war eine Hilfe. Ein wenig mehr Informationen während der Fahrt hätte geholfen.
