Important Information

Awana Skyway

• Incase Awana SkyWay closes for maintenance, the cable car services will begin at Genting SkyWay Station.

• Each gondola has a capacity of 10 people, including children.

• The attraction is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park

• Keep your ticket with you at all times. You are required to produce your ticket upon request.

Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park

• There are 3 different levels for each ride in Skytropolis. Each ride has a different height restriction requirement. Please check the website prior to your visit.

• There are no lockers available on site. Guests are solely responsible for their belongings.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

• Dangerous items and materials like bottles, lasers, fireworks, etc. are prohibited inside the venue.

Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park

• This attraction is not recommended for those with medical conditions like high blood pressure, epilepsy etc, pregnant women, and senior citizens.

• This attraction is not recommended for those with impaired mobility. This attraction is not wheelchair accessible.
