Important Information

Groups of less than 20 people ensure an intimate experience

You must wear a life jacket for this activity

Children of heights between 1 - 1.2 meters may participate, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket

Children of heights between 1.21 - 1.4 meters can participate alone in this encounter program

Children of height above 1.4 meters must get adult rate tickets

Underwater cameras are not permitted for safety purposes

Pregnant women (more than 5 months) are not allowed to participate

Remember to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time of experience for the orientation

Towels will not be provided to you, so please bring your own
