• Drones are not allowed on this experience.

• Picking plants, damaging the environment, graffiti, or climbing restricted areas is prohibited.

• Eating, smoking, or drinking alcohol inside the vehicle is not allowed.

• Bringing pets, laser pointers, non-foldable bicycles, scooters, or strollers is not permitted.

• Carrying alcohol, drugs, flammable materials, weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or dangerous tools is prohibited.

• Loud disturbances and disruptive behavior are not allowed during the tour.

• This is a small-group, driver-only transport service with a maximum of 9 guests. There is no tour guide or guided commentary.

• Please arrive at your selected meeting point on time. Late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you selected the meeting point option, departure is from JR Tokyo Station, Marunouchi North Exit. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available only if that option is selected.

• Final tour details, including departure time and driver contact information, will be sent via email or WhatsApp between 8pm and 9pm on the day before departure.

• The total experience duration is approximately 10 hours. Departure and return times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and operational conditions.

• Vehicle type may vary between a car or a medium bus depending on operational requirements.

• All stops on this tour are self-guided. Guests explore each location independently during the allocated free time.

• The Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival is a seasonal event typically held between early February and early March. Bloom conditions may vary depending on weather.

• Guests who wish to travel together should book under the same reservation. Seating in the same vehicle cannot be guaranteed for separate bookings.
