The boat trip itself. The service for the outward and return journey was very friendly. Bratislava is very beautiful. A great old town with lots of places to eat.
What I missed was a warm welcome by announcement to all passengers and regular information along the Danube. The breakfast and afternoon snack were very tasty. Lunch was so-so and the buffet was not to my liking.

The food onboard and the relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
Nice litte town we visited (Dürnstein).
We even got to experience the local band, rehearsal for their concert.

It was has described. Guide and driver were professional. We enjoyed the tour with the Guide and the free time in Salzburg.

Sofia was a terrific guide, good driver and a very nice way to spend a day in Austria. Could have skipped 1-2 of the stops on the way there/back tho.

What did you love about your experience?*
I didn't love it. It was fabulous as far as an experience goes. I mean really....it's a guided bus tour from one amazing capital to another.
With that being said, I was disappointed that it was a bilingual: english & spanish.
Sure the info CAN be delivered in English AND spanish.
Of course I want a shared experience.
How fantastic it is to conserve energy and fill up a bus. Really!
Unfortunately, the bus is moving, so getting out the site info, before it's gone, in one language is barely doable. Yes, doable, barely, calmly.
Pero, en dos idiomas? Nope.
It was done beautifully and still, it was distracting.
Nothing to do with the quality of personnel. Honestly.
Bottom line-
If I wanted a bilingual tour, I would have gone on one.
The tour guide & bus driver were awesome.
And...
I could have sworn the driver was on a video call at one point.
Can't be sure, I fell asleep
Definitely, on his phone while driving on the way back...and not just for a few min.
.
I also wish he laid off jamming on the brakes.
I may not be accustomed to the type of driving.
Different country, etc. So please excuse my ignorance.
The jolting was kind of ...jolting.
Like I said, great tour, awesome talent and thorough. I'll recommend the tour to my friends. There are areas for improvement/reminders.
Documenting a bilingual tour and the reasons why, in disclaimer form, may be acceptable to ppl.
Lastly, why did I pay an additional 20€ for the English tour?
Neither English or Spanish are more of an extra effort in Vienna.
Well, german/english is an easier find in the city than german/spanish, but prob only a little.
I know you wanted cool things to crowd source for posting.
Sorry.
I thought this was more honest and helpful. Maybe you can find a nugget in here, somewhere?
By the way, who on your team reviews/"secret shopper"/goes on your tours to observe/prpvide feedback in order to continue a expected/desired level of service?
If there is an opportunity for training/learning what the company looks for, please be in contact.

I find that review, learning, and reminding is a helpful and healthy path toward kindness and excellence.
Good luck.
I'll head toward your website when I want to HEAD OUT for an adventure!

Our guide was excellent. We saw all the main sights and his explanation was excellent.
It could have lasted longer.
