Day Trips from Malta

Best day of our vacation! Crew were wonderful and made us feel like family. Loved swimming in the lagoon and exploring the caves. Would come back.

The time spent at Gozo was inadequate and the expected cave experience didn’t happen. The crew were excellent. It was quite hard to find our way back to the pickup point on Gozo.

Best day ever! My husband and I loved every minute. Crew were super attentive, music was great, and the stops were BEAUTIFUL. Will bring our kids next time.

First boat tour in Malta and it was EPIC. Small group, nice staff, and clear water for swimming. Bring your own snacks—selection on board is limited. Big thanks to the captain!

Good day out, but bring sunscreen and a hat. Blue Lagoon is stunning, but crowded. Crew did a good job keeping everyone happy and safe.

We booked this trip for the 28th Sept on our Holiday in Malta. We picked it because it was a smaller size boat but still big enough to move around. It held around 35-40 people and had a toilet and bar on board. We had plenty of room and able to move to take photos. We headed out at spot on 10:00am and headed to Comino and the blue Lagoon. Stopped at the Blue Lagoon for about 90 mins and I hired a snorkel from the captain of the boat (€5 +5 deposit) and was able to see some great fish just off shore. We had the option of going on to Gozo and we set off for there after a while. The captain arranged a bus for those who wanted it to go to the centre of the island and the capital of Gozo, Victoria. €6 return each. We took this option as well and had over two hours around Victoria. On the way back we stopped again for about an hour in a bay on St Pauls Island for some more swimming and snorkelling. The bar on board served tea, coffee, beer, wine and spirits all at a very reasonable cost. Speaking of cost .... this trip cost €30 each and was the best value on the island. It was well organised and the crew were great looking after us. Our son has Downs and some mobility issues and Robbie, the deck hand was brilliant with him. The total trip was 7 hours with the return at 17:00 and we had one of the best days of our holiday on this cruise. Fantastic from start to finish. GO! :)

Amazing tour with lots of interesting and beautiful sights. The crew is very pleasant and friendly, the boat ride is really enjoyable and the blue lagoon is to die for. I visit Malta every year and never miss the opportunity to take this tour with Mermaid.

Seriously beautiful experience. Saw dolphins! Staff were attentive. Would’ve liked more food options but that’s being picky. Take the Gozo tour if you can.
