The guide (Isabelle) was fantastic - one of the best! Also this tour includes a 15 min walking tour towards the palace making it so worth it - explaining historical buildings and more. Would highly recommend the Guided Tour with English guide.

Excelente comunicación por parte de los organizadores, creí q había comprado solo el ticket pero venía con un guía, David fue excelente, contesto todas las preguntas y estuvo muy ameno. Lo recomendaría de nuevo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Zoo Aquarium Madrid! Head Out made the reservation process smooth and easy. We entered with the mobile tickets that were sent to me via email with a bar code. We had zero issues entering and the information provided through the app was accurate and informative. I would use Head Out again to reserve for another family adventure. Highly recommend !

A nice day for adults and children. Very beautiful, enough shade, lots of different animals. The only complaint is the food offer.

Jeg satte pris på Almudena-guidens tålmodighed og professionalisme. Bussen var meget ren og komfortabel. Chaufføren kørte forsigtigt, og turen forløb roligt både ud og tilbage. Turbeskrivelsen var rigtig god og let at forstå. Vi fandt nemt rundt og fik set en masse steder. Jeg var ikke så glad for det første stop (guldhåndværk), fordi det tog for lang tid, som jeg hellere ville have brugt i byen. Jeg nåede ikke at besøge katedralen i Toledo på grund af tidsmangel.
