God pris og god service. Det, der kunne forbedres, var tiden til at levere billetterne. Billetterne blev sendt 2 timer før showet efter anmodning. Heldigvis var kommunikationen via chatten nem og hurtig.

Selve showet var fantastisk (Løvernes Konge), men publikum lagde en stor dæmper på oplevelsen. Der var mange børn under 5 år omkring vores pladser, og deres konstante snak, gråd, spisning, spørgsmål og leg distraherede os fra showet og ødelagde næsten hele oplevelsen. Der var også mange voksne, der snakkede og tog billeder med blitz under showet, hvilket også var skuffende. Men showet og musikken var stadig fantastisk, men jeg ville ikke se det igen, medmindre Broadway ændrer deres politik omkring børn og er strengere med reglerne for filmning af showet.

Purchasing tickets online was very easy and picking the tickets up the day of the show was very convenient in front of the theater

I've used Headout a few times and it has been reliable. I think the service charge is high but so is the charge on other ticket services. It would cost more to get to NY an buy the tickets at the boxoffice.
