Der var en afbrydelse på vores rejse fra London til Stansted lufthavn, hvilket i sidste ende var fint, MEN ingen fortalte os om dette, og da toget stoppede, var vi ikke klar over, at vi skulle stå af toget for at få en bustransfer til Southampton lufthavn. jeg rejste med 2 børn, og vi var lidt forvirrede og usikre på, hvordan vi ikke vidste, at dette ville ske, hvis vi ikke var stået af hurtigt efter at have spurgt nogen, ville vi være endt tilbage i London og potentielt været forsinket til vores fly hjem. Heldigvis var det ikke tilfældet, og alt var ok i sidste ende, men det var lidt stressende. Da vi var på togstationen og selv steg om bord på toget, var der ingen, der nævnte, at dette ville ske, ellers ville vi have været forberedt på det.

Oplevelsen var fin, ingen problemer. Den gjorde præcis, hvad jeg ønskede, og hurtigt, da jeg kun bestilte den i lufthavnen. Jeg mener dog, at det er bedre at bestille tidligere for at få en bedre pris, men det er ikke et "headout"-problem.
