Headout made our visit to Musée d’Orsay truly memorable. The process was effortless – booked online in minutes, received the ticket right away, and walked straight in at 11:00 without any waiting. The collection is stunning – standing under that iconic clock with sunlight streaming in was a moment I’ll never forget. Seeing the real paintings of Monet, Van Gogh and Degas felt almost unreal. A perfect, joyful experience for me and my teenager. Thank you so much!

Everything was ok for museè d'orsay but I was very disappointed as far as tickets for Louvre - I bought 1 entrance ticket for about euro 35 and it was a fake ticket ! They didn't let me in ! I had to pay further eur 22 ( normal price) for a new ticket. I had message with ai of Headhout in order to ask refund and the only offer I received was a discount of 10 euro for next purchase ... NOT GOOD AT ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I found the sculptures in the grand hall magnificent. We enjoyed the fluidity of the museum, which enchanted us with all its works. Bravo! Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there was a limited selection of Monet's works, as they had been sent to Japan for the centenary of Monet's death. What a shame! Very convenient cloakroom, as well as the restaurant and restrooms.

Getting wet! If you sit in the front row outside when the trip is going up the canal, you may get sprayed a little when the larger gates start. Made me laugh! Great tour guide covered lots of history along the route. Lovely clean boat. Was a bit lost on where to go when we got off but managed lunch in Boom Boom

It was especially crowded today at the Orsay museum and the long non-ticketed line was estimated to take 45 minutes to get through, so I was very happy to have my special pass thanks to Head out. My wait time was perhaps five minutes and after I showed the bar code on my phone I was in the museum. I went to see the special exhibit - John Singer Sargent - that was also crowed as it closes soon. But no trouble getting in with the museum-wide pass... Not to mention it was cold in Paris, having just snowed, so I did not have to wait outside in the cold :) All in all a great experience!

superb Musée d'Orsay! the number and quality of the works on display make it one of the greatest museums I've ever visited...the most beautiful canvases by the Impressionists and other great painters and sculptors give you a thrill! very well organized too, no waiting and a personal locker to put your clothes in during the visit are very appreciable...I'll be back as soon as possible!

A quick entry procedure; the lockers are a great facility. However, it was so crowded that some of the artworks were difficult to see properly. Perhaps there should be a limit on the number of visitors allowed in at the same time.

d'Orsay is our all-time favorite museum. The paintings are fascinating, we adored the art-nouveau exhibition immensely. All in all the museum is a decent rival to the Louvre

The museum is so full even first thing in the morning it is not enjoyable and I doubt its the busy season. Squash people in seems to be the motto.
  • Save money and time with this combo ticket, which offers access to two of Paris’ must-visit attractions: the sightseeing cruise on Canal Saint-Martin and the Seine and the Orsay Museum.

    Sightseeing cruise on Canal Saint-Martin

Your Seine and Canal St Martin cruise starts with a peaceful glide along the Saint Martin canal. As you sail, you’ll pass beneath charming footbridges and through the hidden vault of the Bastille. Navigating through the canal’s locks, each reveals a new sight, leading to the Bassin de la Villette, Paris's largest artificial lake. The journey finishes on the Seine River, with views of Paris’s famous landmarks like Notre Dame. The cruise culminates on the Seine River, where Paris's iconic landmarks like Notre Dame unfold before your eyes.

    Orsay Museum

Once inside, you are free to explore the museum as you like.

Once done with the sightseeing cruise, the Orsay Museum with early 19th-century sculptures and classical paintings awaits you. Explore French Realist and Symbolist art and gain insights into the cultural and artistic developments of the late 19th century. Stroll through the exhibits of sculptures and decorative arts, including furniture, and other artifacts from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. One of the Orsay Museum’s best-kept secrets is its Terrasse d’Été, Summer Terrace — with lovely views of the Seine River, the Louvre, and in the distance, even Sacre Coeur perched high on its hill in Montmartre.
