The event was good however instructions on how to gain entry were confusing. On the tickets it says to arrive 15 minutes early- but we were told to wait outside in the pouring rain. On the tickets it said we could just show our booking reference- this too was not possible

Great experience. Fantastic actors, engaged the group and didnt embaress anyone. Good fun had by all and great for children. Would thoroughly recommend York dungeon experience. Good value in our opinion. Well done all!

The York dungeon was not what I expected it was so much better. We were jumped out on, sprayed with water, pranked, involved in the acting, it was such fun and I love the souvenir photos!

Everything was just amazing, from the warm welcome at the door to the wonderful adventures full of humour inside, it's my second visit and definitely not the last

A group of us visited on a weekend in York. Great fun, informative and engaging. Would recommend to anyone. A bit like Horrible Histories brought to life.
