Ordering process: Tickets for the Louvre were no longer available in other online stores for our time period, so we made a reservation with an audio guide and paid immediately via headout. We were promptly notified of the reservation, but we were a little unsure whether it would work due to some of the reviews. A few days before the visit, we were informed about changes to the entrance due to the Olympic Games. The reservation was confirmed two days before the visit. On the day itself, everything went smoothly, the digital ticket worked perfectly and we had a wonderful visit to the Louvre. Louvre: The building is impressive in size and splendor and the paintings and sculptures carry you away. The visit to the Louvre was definitely the highlight of our trip to Paris. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I bought 2 tickets and so I expected 2 audioguides but one of the code given was not working. In addition, my phone resetted before the event and I had to re-install the app; when I did that I tried re-using my code and I was unable to do so. I contacted the support team but they did not help me. Therefore, I went through the museum without audio guide.

We were visiting Paris end off July, and it was suprer hot (take an extra bottle of water in your bag pack when heading off for any attractions, as there is not many shops around!). When we've reached museum midday, we didn't wait long in queue and museum offers pleasantly air-conditioned rooms. There is lots to see , paintings, sculptures, as well as furnitureres. There is caffee and gift shop. We have used HEADOUT to book our tickets, it was easy to book it, cheaper than other websites, we were also rewarded with 10% discount as well. It was super easy to get through the long line ups and excellent value for money. There was so many incredible exhibitions and pieces of artwork to see. Would recommend going early and spending the whole day there.

Did you know that in 1911, the Mona Lisa was famously stolen from the Louvre by an Italian handyman named Vincenzo Peruggia? The painting was missing for two years before it was recovered in Italy.
