We loved getting on and off the bus to see the sights we really wanted to. Also going on both the blue and red tour buses were great as they covered different areas and so covered a lot more area. We also learned a lot about the history of the town.

Information in the bus( Audio guide) was clear and understanable. Bus attendances were helpfull The tree branches were hitting the canopy on some places on the road

I am visiting from the Bahamas and was frustrated because I couldn't find a physical booth to purchase tickets. So I went online and after that my experience was nothing short of awesome. I got a 48 hour ticket but was sble to do both the red and blue tours in one day. I t was amazing!!!

Definitely useful to get an idea of the city and I recommend downloading the very useful app to always know the arrival time at the various stopping points.Among other things very punctual. A must stop for a few hours in Boccadasse and along Viale Italia ,the beautiful and (mostly clean) part of the city. Carrugi area shamefully dirty

Using the Hop on, Hop off bus in Genoa was a perfect way of getting to see as much of the city as possible in the limited time I had. It saved a lot of step and hill climbing with the added bonus of having an informative commentary and staying dry!

Bus was on time, guide was friendly snd kind, drive was safe and interesting. We got off the bus couple of times, enjoyed a walk, shopping , and got on the bus again... great experience. So much seen and done in a short time.
