Line A - Historical Line or Red Line: The loop time is about 90 minutes. The main stop is Castello-Foro Bonaparte, 76 (angolo via Cusani). The frequency of buses on this line is every 30 minutes. The main stops on this line are Castello, Corsa Magneto, Duomo, Scala and Moscova.

B - Modern Line or Blue Line: The loop time is about 90 minutes. The main stop is Castello-Foro Bonaparte, 76 (angolo via Cusani). The frequency of buses on this line is every 20 minutes. The main stops on this line are Castello, Repubblica, Stazione Centrale, Porta Venezia, Duomo and Brera.

Line C - Sport Line or Green Line: The loop time is about 90 minutes. The main stop is Castello-Foro Bonaparte, 76 (angolo via Cusani). The frequency of buses on this line is every 60 minutes. The main stops on this line are Castello, Repubblica, Stazione Centrale, Porta Venezia and Duomo.
