Having the tickets in the mobile or printed you pass the QR code fast and about the Biopark we expected to spend a lot of heat but most of the park is prepared by trees to give shade in most of the circuit of the 4 areas. Inside in each area you will find restrooms and vending machines for water, soft drinks or other products. Plenty of seating areas if you want a little break. The people inside prepare to chat in the house area explaining each of the animals and their characteristics. Parking just below the park 7 € all day with entrance and direct elevator access to the front door.

The route was very good and stopping at the main highlights. No all the audio systems were working which was very disappointing so you couldn't choose the seat you would prefer to sit in. We found the two drivers that we had very surly and not upto an acceptable level on customer service. Neither did he hand out the leaflets with the route on, we had to ask him for one.

We were a little hesitant to book given the bad reviews. But everything was not too bad. They were modern buses with air conditioning and we did not wait long. Only the starting is poorly marked. You just have to get on the bus with your qr code and everything goes by itself. We were warmly received and immediately got a head set with map.

The hop on hop off is a great way to reach all the highlights of the city. One of the stops was the Oceanogràfic, a lovely place for both young and old. Buying the two-ticket combo is a great organizational method.

This zoo is not like a UK zoo, you are so close to animals and doesn't look like they are caged in. We loved it, seeing hippos in the water and a baby ape was a highlight. Such a hot day when we went but lots of shade and places to sit out of the sun. Amazing to sit having a drink or snack overlooking the savanna. Tickets easy to book. Def worth a visit
