    • Participants should be able to walk on uneven ground and manage short hikes.

    • Guests must have a full range of motion in their arms to operate the zipline safely.

    • Tours proceed in all weather conditions, so dress appropriately for rain or shine.

    • The waterfall’s temperature typically ranges from 60–70°F — cool and refreshing.

    • Scheduled stops include restroom breaks and light refreshments during the zipline portion.

    • All guides are professionally trained and certified under ACCT safety standards.

    • Tours depart from several pickup points, with travel times of approximately 50 minutes from Waikoloa Beach Resort and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Kailua-Kona.
