We had the most amazing day with our driver and guide Piotr. Cheese tasting in the Shepards hut (we're big cheese lovers so we really enjoyed this, very tasty!) Zakopane centre and the Tatra mountains were breathtaking, then finishing the day in the thermal baths was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Peter the driver was great, really nice person. Gave the Kraków dragon story as an addition. He knew what he was talking about. The only issue was that new tickets had to be sent out and you needed data, which I did not have (no roaming) but the Peter did help us with a manual ticket. The cheese and vodka tasting was amazing!! The cheese was salty, chewy and delicious!!

I don't know of any resort of this size in France, but this one is incredible.
So many indoor and outdoor pools and all the other services on offer.
No false notes, a perfectly mastered system, and exemplary cleanliness.

What an amazing place. We went with 4 children of various ages it was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the facilities 5star if only we had something as good in the UK.

We had a really good day out with our guide, the only person running zakopane pick ups so we were super grateful. He gave us a full run down of what to do while you're here and was super helpful explaining everything. Thank you so much!

Two of us from France booked this tour. Despite our poor English, we had an excellent day. Our two guides were great.
We were given little touches throughout the day: a bottle of water per person, clear explanations, French translations where necessary...
We visited the village of wooden houses and the sculptor's house. Then we tasted the typical cheese. Due to the lack of snow, we went for a quad ride (we were a little disappointed not to go snowmobiling, but the quad experience was really satisfying). Then we had some free time in ZAKOPANE, where we ate (restaurants or packed lunches). Then it was off to the terms, where we enjoyed ourselves for 2.5 hours.
