The tour & the guides are informative & it's a must see tour if you're in the area. We were picked up quite early from Krakow but you need to be because of the queue's to get in & journey time but from then onwards we we're looked after from start to finish 😁⭐

Expérience exceptionnelle ! La guide était incroyable, maîtrisant parfaitement son sujet et expliquant de manière claire. La visite était bien rythmée, bien que parfois un peu rapide à certains endroits, mais nécessaire en raison de l'arrivée d'autres groupes. La visite des deux camps de concentration était très émouvante, nous imprégnant profondément du lieu. Le minibus était très propre, le chauffeur très gentil, cependant, des explications en français sur le déroulement de la journée auraient été appréciées, car tout n'était pas toujours compris en anglais. Nous avions reçu une adresse de point de rencontre lors de la réservation, mais celle-ci avait changé deux jours avant, et nous en avions été informés par un message WhatsApp.
