The tour was very well organised. Guide was very informative and prepared, the speech from guide was well-prepared aswell as headphone equipment provided to hear the guide was very good technical decision, so you can hear the guide from distance and there was no possibility that you miss something if not standing close to the guide. Thank you very much, i grabbed the last one ticket available from royal tours just the day before visiting camp, from official museum web, there was no possibility, the closest day was 4 days away for visiting, you saved my tour, i really wanted to visit this camp and didn't pre-book visit before, thank you so much, got lucky to grab the last ticket available from your company.

Guided Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was super interesting and strong although scary and emotional experience. In a nutshell: the best history lesson. However, we had some technical difficulties hearing our guide via headphones, we told her about this issue, it was improved but still worked not perfectly. It was also really difficult to understand our guide since her English pronunciation was not clear. She also was talking not loud enough for our big group to hear in the 2nd tour part when she didn't have microphone and we didn't have headphones. Guide was really nice, pleasant and answered our questions but I think she needs more practice.

The tour was very well conducted by Ms. Agniezka. The details that she brought in, and her wholesome presentation were much appreciated. The first part was in Auschwitz, and the second in Birkenau. The initial waiting for the group was a little clumsy in organisational terms, because of some stragglers. In the post-break session also, there was a slight delay in starting. While we understand these difficulties may crop up. we had to miss the last 15 minutes of the tour. Nevertheless, this is a tour I would strongly recommend.

The tour itself was cery interesting. I think it's worth the visit for everyone. The only thing was the slight rescheduling a day before the tour, but other than that, great organisation😉

I loved the experience. I wanted to go to Auschwitz since forever and I'm so happy that I finally arrived. It's a really sad experience, those people didn't deserve to die, they were innocent.
