The purchase of tickets was easy from Headout Tours and the follow-up coordination provided by the tour operator was amazing as my cell phone did not work but they left a message with front desk to advise of time change of tour. The van driver was amazing picking us up and coordinating food for us. The tour guide I would guess was the best one there as he was full of knowledge with even the smallest detail, I observed other tour guides just flying by the exhibits and we were not, he had taken his time.     Incredible service. Our driver was punctual and very knowledgeable. Our guide at Auschwitz was amazing and her knowledge of the site and the history was out of this world. A humbling experience but would definitely recommend
